Autumn Leaves assisted living residences are specially designed and staffed for the care of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory impairment, who wish to maintain independent living status, seek a social/community feeling and a secure living environment. Each Autumn Leaves residence provides personalized services encompassing the latest approaches to serving those with Alzheimer’s and memory impairment. The staff includes a full time registered nurse and caregivers who have completed dementia-specific training.
