The LaSalle Group develops, builds and manages specialized assisted living facilities for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory impairment, and active adult/independent and assisted living retirement communities for aging adults. An estimated 5.3 million Americans today have Alzheimer’s disease, and the number of Americans with Alzheimer’s disease is expected to reach 7.7 million in 2030, and grow to between 11 million and 16 million by 2050.

LaSalle is also very active in and gives generously each year to the Alzheimer’s Association and other healthcare research associations. Our families stay connected to these groups and provide them information about dementia and the aging process through seminars and individual consultation. Our goal is to treat our residents and their families as part of our family.
Dedicated to excellence not only in design and construction, but to care-giving, The LaSalle Group works closely with Constant Care Management Company, a sister and affiliate company co-located at The LaSalle Group’s corporate headquarters. Constant Care oversees management and marketing of the Autumn Leaves and Autumn Oaks brand communities. Their services include health care and nursing, dietary operations, life enrichment programs, family support groups, educational seminars and ongoing feedback to help families better understand their loved one’s situation.
