LaSalle is also very active in and gives generously each year to the Alzheimer’s Association and other healthcare research associations. Our families stay connected to these groups and provide them information about dementia and the aging process through seminars and individual consultation. Dedicated to excellence not only in design and construction, but to care-giving, The LaSalle Group works closely with Constant Care Management Company, a sister and affiliate company co-located at The LaSalle Group’s corporate headquarters. Constant Care oversees management and marketing of the Autumn Leaves and Autumn Oaks brand communities. Their services include health care and nursing, dietary operations, life enrichment programs, family support groups, educational seminars and ongoing feedback to help families better understand their loved one’s situation.
