Development and Design

The LaSalle Group has developed numerous residential, commercial and senior citizen properties since 1990. Today, LaSalle performs all aspects of development in-house for each type of community it owns. The company’s current focus is to expand its Autumn Leaves-branded residences, which are specifically designed and staffed for individuals who are afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory impairment. LaSalle also continues to explore other opportunities for development.

LaSalle’s Design team has created highly specialized design, décor, safety and functional requirements for their Autumn Leaves and Autumn Oaks properties that meet the specific needs of aging adults and those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory impairment. The Design team stays abreast of industry innovations and ensures that residences are well-maintained and up-to-date.
